INHOME LIFESTYLE SESSIONS
WAIKATO NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

FOR THE BABIES, MAMAS AND FAMILIES IN THAT NEWBORN BUBBLE
Just had a baby, in that loved up newborn stage and want to celebrate your new addition to the family? These sessions are designed especially for you! I know those postpartum months can be challenging. The purpose of an In-home (or ‘lifestyle’ session as I call them) is to create memories in this precious new season of life in the comfort of your home - your safe space.
Now have no fear you don’t need an aesthetic home to book in one of these sessions. All we need is a couch or a bed, lots of natural light, you and your little babe.
Lifestyle sessions can also be handy for those winter months where New Zealand is notoriously rainy and unpredictable. Capturing you and your whanau in your own environment. Whether you want a snuggly newborn session, or to capture you and your loved ones at home running around the backyard, baking or simply just hanging out - these sessions are for you.
No need to load the kids up in the car and pack everything but the kitchen sink for your shoot. I will come to you.

FAQs
WHATS THE BEST TIME TO
CAPTURE NEWBORN PHOTOS?
The best time to photograph newborns is in the first 7-14 days. Where they are more likely to be sleepy and less wriggly. Although babies can definitely be photographed beautifully after this stage too.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE AN
AESTHETIC HOUSE FOR PHOTOS?
Honestly, no big deal. The most important thing is that its a clean and uncluttered space. The only two things you truly need are lots of natural window light and a bed or couch/arm chair. You’ll be surprised in the beautiful moments we can capture when we focus less on a Pinterest worthy home and more on the connection between you and your loved ones.
