“Ains, you were amazing! I loved how professional it was, the questionnaire was great to have, so we were comfortable we were going to receive the shoot and photos we were after. The blog really helped me decide what we should wear and had some great tips to help with the kids as well! And then I loved how easy the photos were to access and download – and the fact that we received so many beautifully edited photos to choose from!
The main thing I liked is how comfortable it was. We aren’t people that have photos all the time, or take many photos of ourselves, so it was great for not only us to feel comfortable, but the kids as well. I was so surprised at how good the kids were at the shoot, but I put that down to you making them feel comfortable – asking their favourite songs to play, letting them have fun and enjoy it instead of rushing them! The photos were amazing, I feel so lucky to have captured such beautiful moments of my family! They definitely were far above my expectations. You are so great at what you do, thank you so much!”

“A few weeks ago we picked up our photos and album from Ainslee after she shot our wedding in March and…How AMAZING seeing the photos were, just topped off the incredible experience we’ve had throughout our whole time with Ainslee. From day one, she has been the perfect photographer. Answering my many questions and being there when I needed advice. On our wedding day she was unobtrusive yet able to capture everything amazing about our day. She was friendly, polite and most importantly, it felt like i had known her for many years. “Cannot recommend Ainslee enough! We had an engagement shoot with her in January and it was an absolute dream! We were very nervous about having our pictures taken as it was a first for us - but we shouldn’t have been worried for a second! Ains made us feel welcome and comfortable. “I stumbled across Ainslee on Instagram and saw how magical she captures people through her lens ✨ I’ve only had photos taken once but felt so comfortable to have her take photos of us.
My favourite part was how Ainslee would engage and connect with my son whose 7 years old. He loved every second of the photo shoot usually he’ll be distracted in seconds but the engagement between the two was perfect 🙌🏼
Once we received our photos it was a happy day! Just to see how amazing the photos turned out to be but of course taken from the best we couldn’t ask for more!

“Ainslee photographed my very reluctant husband and I for our maternity photos. She was amazing! She was super responsive via all channels like Instagram and email and she was friendly and excited and just treated us like we were long time friends! She put up with my moody husband for our photos and made it so seamless and easy he even left in a good mood haha.
Her photos were super quick to come back to us, great quality images and ones I will treasure for the rest of our lives.

“I came across Ainslee’s work via Instagram & instantly loved her style of photography so when the mini sessions popped up I knew we had to grab a spot regardless of the fact we needed to travel from Rotorua to Raglan. We have had such an awesome experience with the talented Ainslee.
She’s been so friendly & lovely, has given great advice leading up to our session & made us feel so comfortable while taking our photos.
We’re a family of 6 so not an easy task with 2 of our children being 4 & 6. She kept our session moving & fun. The kids really enjoyed it. We couldn’t stop smiling from having such a good time! The smiles haven’t left our face with the fast turn around of our beautifully edited photos that we absolutely love!! Tears streamed down my face & dust gathered in my husbands eyes. Raglan lovers photography session
“So I decided to convince my partner to do a cute lovers shoot with me just coz we'd never done one before and I thought we could do something a little different and potentially fun.
After searching on Google for a few photographers I found Ainslee Burke Photography. The photo gallery on her website made me think yaaaaaas!!! That's what I want.
I decided to contact her and we stayed in touch till the day of the shoot. She was very easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions and her response time was quick made me feel like a V.I.P client.
When the day of the shoot came, my partner and I were so nervous but ya girl Ainslee made us feel so comfortable like hanging out with an old friend at the beach even though she was doing all the hard work, so yeah the vibe was on point.
When we got the photos back I was amazed at how they'd turned out, considering how the weather was far from ideal for me. She still somehow managed to make the pictures look absolutely amazing, cozy and highlighted what we wanted to see, the love we have for each other.
I know it sounds insane but it’s hard to find anything I disliked with this experience she ticks all the boxes. Ainslee was (is) super professional and because she loves what she does the outcome is AMAZING!! If I could I’d definitely have her do my wedding.”

“Just in total awe about the entire process from booking to preparing for our day and communication right until we received our photos. I have never had photos done with my daughter and have always wanted to try get some so after seeing a few friends I knew I had to get me some too. I purchased the mini session and received over 150 images like wow who can even say you have that many amazing photos every single one was perfect too I just cannot thank you enough I’m so in love with them. I was so scared because I’m totally awkward in front of the camera and I wasn’t too sure on how i would feel I knew my daughter would be ok but as soon as we met it felt so comfortable and you made us feel at ease I didn’t even realise that we had only just met haha.

“Ainslee, words fail to express how much my family and I enjoyed our session with you. However, we'll try our best to capture our experience.
The lead up to our session was seamless and thorough. From the guidance around how to prep our little ones through to where to park at the location of our photos. No detail was left out and made this helicopter mum feel very calm and organised.
My family and I loved how at ease you made us feel, especially with our 5 and 7 year old. One is normally very shy, however you would've never known given how well he responded to you.
Our main goal for our session was for you to capture the personalities of our little ones and when we received our photos we had tears in our eyes. Every photo was perfect.
We can't sing your praises enough and have recommended you to all of our family, friends and anyone who asks. We can't wait to work together again soon!”
