WHAT TO EXPECT

Weddings are such an incredibly precious day. When you book me as your photographer, I take up the role as your ultimate bestie. I am not only there to take photos of you on one of the most happiest (I hope haha) days of your life. I am there to hype you up, lend a hand and guide you through our time together. Providing a safe and relaxed space to be yourselves and feel confident in front of the camera.
My absolute goal is to capture the day in a way where you can look back at your photos and feel all the feels again. Photographing these moments you can cherish forever.
Upon locking me in :
You receive my ultimate tips guide full of tips I have put together over many years of shooting weddings. From there I connect with you guys through a questionnaire to understand the vision of your day and getting to know more about you and your relationship, allowing me to document your unique love story.
In the lead up :
6 - 8 weeks before your wedding, I touch base again to help with creating a realistic schedule for the day to help it run as smoothly as possible.
On the day :
When photographing your special day my aim is to document the day as it unfolds naturally. I approach it genuinely without posing you for each photo. Think of me more like a fly on the wall. The only time throughout the day I will help guide you is throughout the portrait part of the day. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy your epic day with all of your guests without having to worry where the camera is. -
Couples sessions are so much fun. It’s just you two lovers and me as your third wheel. Woohoo! We are going to have a ball!
The beautiful thing about couple sessions is not only is it a chance to adventure but you get to have a gorgeous photo session with your partner. Treat it as a date, dress up, get excited and have fun with it.It’s also an awesome idea for couples to do before their special day. It’s an opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera and a chance for us to get to know each other before your wedding or elopement.
Pick a setting and I will scout for a location to suit your vision. One that compliments you and where you enjoy being together as a couple.
The location options are endless. Think games arcade, romantic picnic, hiking to a mountain top, dancing through golden fields, sunset by the ocean, taking a dip by an epic waterfall, in a cute Air Bnb, or simply at your home, where you feel most comfortable.No need for feeling nervous, come as you are, i got you. Its going to be so much fun! I promise not to pose you in ways that leave you feeling awkward. Instead, I’ll guide you along with prompts that evoke natural emotion and connection from you guys, free to be yourselves and have fun.
You will receive my lovers photo session guide to help you prepare for your session. It also has a bunch of tips to help you with what to wear to take the stress out of organising your outfits. -
Family Sessions are such a special way to capture your kids as the grow. Freezing time to create memories as the get older, remember your kids are only little once. Having those special photos to look back on and remember those innocent and inquisitive little minds, only gets more valuable as time goes on.
My aim is to photograph your family in all their glory - craziness and all.
Documenting all of the unique personalities of the kids by engaging them and involving them in the shoot. Playing games, letting them run around and explore is where we get those beautiful candid moments.
Keep in mind that kids are unpredictable and often won’t want to sit still, look at the camera and smile AND THAT IS TOTALLY OKAY.
My style aims to reflect the personalities of each individual naturally, rather than forcing poses and smiles for the camera. -
A sacred moment for all you mama’s out there. My approach to maternity photo sessions is to embrace this special time and document all the feels that come with expecting a new addition to the family. I absolutely admire and adore how a woman’s body changes in this season of life. Although pregnancy may not always feel beautiful, my mission with our time together is to make you feel like the damn goddess you are! Your body is a temple vibes, for real!
To take the hassle of finding a cute dress for your session, I have dress hire available as an add on to all maternity packages.

Pick your package
Woohoo! By now I would have touched base with you and let you know I am available on your date. It’s time to check out the pricing guide or quote I have sent. Choose the package that best fits your day/session. Don’t forget, I also offer albums and prints as add ons to any of my packages.

Lock it in
Let’s do this!
Time to lock it all in. All thats required is for you and your lover to sign the booking agreement and make payment of your 30% non-refundable booking fee. It’s literally that simple!

I am based in New Zealand. Currently living in a beautiful town 1 hour and a half hours south of Auckland called Hamilton - in the heart of the Waikato Region.

Hell yeah! I am always up for an adventure, no matter how far it may be! I’m so eager to travel the world sharing my passion. (What an absolute dream!)
So if you’re planning on running away and getting married to your number one, whether it be in New Zealand, Australia or on the other side of world, just know my bags are packed. Just say when!

100%. These are my favourite kind of weddings. Elopements and small intimate weddings are so much fun! I have packages available with a minimum of 2 hours coverage for couples keen to elope.

It’s honestly so simple! Head on over to my contact page and tell me a little bit about yourself & your partner or family. Be sure to include a preferred time and date and I can take it from there. To be fair to others who may want to book in on the same day, a 30% non-refundable booking fee is needed to lock in your session or wedding photography. But fear not, all packages can be paid off in instalments at your own pace before the session or your special day.

Lighting is key and one of the most important things that goes in to creating my clients beautiful memories. Late afternoon is full of lovely, golden light. This is definitely when I recommend to shoot, an hour or two leading up to sunset.
I really try to avoid the middle of the day – harsh light and squinting don’t really make for the best photos, although a session can definitely be arranged depending on the location. -
One of the most common things I hear is “I hate being photographed” or “I feel so awkward in front of the camera”. If these thoughts have crossed your mind, rest assured that I’m the photographer for you. You can trust me to use my good vibes to make you feel comfortable and laughing from the get go. My photo journalistic approach creates a relaxed atmosphere, and allows you to let go and be your true self. My aim is to express your personality through each image, telling your story, your own way. I totally get how daunting it is being on the other side of the camera but once we start, I guarantee you will feel relaxed.

This guide is full of tips and advice including what to wear, what not to wear, colour combos that work well and example photos. Remember we want these photos to look classic so steer away from clothing trends as they tend to date quicker.
Neutrals are always a fave and photograph well no matter the location. -
I sure do! My aim is to give everyone an opportunity to have beautiful photos. I have fortnightly and monthly payment plans available for all sessions.

100%. By no means am I a wedding planner but more than happy to help with the photography side of things. Eg. When the best timing is for certain photos, where to go for photos, how long certain events should take .
One of the things we do together in the lead up to your wedding is put together a run sheet/schedule of events to plan out the timing of everything that happens on the day and optimise it for ideal lighting. This way the day runs smoothly and everyone knows whats going on.

Sure do! I absolutely love when my couples/families print their photos. Seeing them proudly displayed on the walls in their home or in an album on the coffee table makes me so happy!
I have beautiful keepsake albums that are designed by myself to take the stress off putting it together yourself. All you need to do is choose your fave photos and I can do the rest.
Professional prints are also available through the online gallery once you receive the link to your personalised gallery you can go through and select/purchase your prints there and they will be shipped directly to your home. It’s essentially like online shopping! It’s that simple.
Fun fact all your photos and albums are printed by a local New Zealand company. So when you print your memories you are supporting another kiwi small business.
